Curved Profiles by Fibrolux

In traditional pultrusion straight profiles are produced. But did you know that Fibrolux is also able to produce profiles with a constant curvature? Of course, these profiles are also manufactured in a cost-effective, highly automated process and have the same quality as straight profiles with high fiber volume content. Curved profiles have been produced for about 20 years, many of these are also machined on our CNC so that our customers can use them directly. Some examples where curved profiles can be found: as reinforcement profiles for tanks, as slats in slatted frames under your mattress or in cars as bumper beams, roof beams or front-end support systems.
